President:

2025 is coming in like a wrecking ball, nice and fresh.

Ivana BOP introduced New visitor, interested in joining the house: Mike (Sister Ivana’s roommate.) First manifestation was last night. He/him pronouns in the wild, she/her while manifesting.

Ivana met Courtney with Jersey Mike’s, who works at a corporate level. Ivana’s meeting with her today. Possible partnership of 40% of funds, potentially at $40,000 for a year. We’ll see if it was just bar talk or serious.

Membership Updates:

Mike Mohr, list as aspirant. Completed half of the requirements (1 meeting, 1 manifestations )

Sister CAL, Spyder, and Terry currently on route for elevation vote as early as April. Errol up for elevation vote as early as May.

Financial Report:

Balance $745.55, one donation of $150 last month. Report posted in slack No other expenses or funds received. No questions or discussion.

Sister Ivana going to Joanne’s fabric, since they’re going out of business

Concept: Fitted baseball cap, wear it backwards and remove the brim. Take wire coat hangers to furnish a mermaid’s tail. She’s working on a prototype. Pin a colored veil to match outfit or event theme.

P&Ps:

Sister Sacral and Guard Ian to meet this week to go over the few items left.

Sister Ivana requested to meet with Sister Sacral and Guard Ian to go over conflict resolution policy. Ivana is free on sundays. April would be happy to join and provide input as well.

Manifestations/Events in Past Month:

37th and Zen - Tuesday, 2/11 6:30-9:30 PM Staci with LGBT Life Center hosted community open house regarding recent executive orders. Sister Raiz Her attended. Very packed, didn’t ask many questions. Heavy emotions, they tried to bring joy and light, but there were a lot of tears.

March 8, 2025 - Kearney Park in Hampton, feeding the homeless, giving out bus passes Sister Raiz Her She was recognized by some of the other volunteers. Narcan training yesterday.

North American Bear Contest — February 20-23, 2025, Lexington, KY Sister Tina, Guard Ian, Sister Cain Tuckee Met several sisters and people from all over the country.

Saturday, Oct 18 - Mx/Monster Competition - Hopewell, VA Sister Sacral attending as a Judge. Sisters can probably volunteer to get in for free.

HR Pride - Tent for 501(c)(3) - $300 Sister Ivana to spearhead the “play fair” package. Father Malarkey to assist with resources. Sister Ivana - motion to pursue pride tent, cheapest option possible, either our own or splitting a tent. Seconded by Sister sacral. No comments or discussion. Passed unanimously.

Met with Celena Hagstron admin for Hampton Roads Homeschool Association. They want to meet with the sisters.

Sunday, March 16, Kaolos Coalition invited us to dinner.

April 5, 2025, Virginia Leather Contest at 37th and Zen Sister Sacral to do blessing. Sister CAL and Father Malarkey planning to attend.
