  • Spoke to IRS agent last week. He received the additional documentation required. Estimated results in 2-3 weeks.

  • Michael wishes to be placed on sabbatical for the time being while he considers his place in the Sisters.

  • Motion to accept sabbatical for Michael unanimously approved

  • Nico left the group chat and is moving to Ohio. For consistency in managing previously resigned members, need to confirm status.

  • Formal lace color - scarlet red

  • Informal attire – not required to wear a collar. Novices may not wear lace. FPM may wear lace of color of choice (suggested to distinguish between novice and FPM)

  • Design for habits in progress. Sister Ivana Balls O’Plenty – to confer with Sister Sacral on attire. 

  • Sister Sacral Idgits DeMonica Influencia to review Policies and Procedures, Section 9 (Appearance and Conduct) with the Attire Committee prior to next meeting to provide an update on any suggested changes/additions.
