Officer Reports (Limit to 3 minutes per report - 15 min total)

Abbess (President):

Abbess gives an apology, has a lot going on, and Nora reminds them to give themselves grace. Goes over attendance. Wishes they had a better update. Keep in mind TDOR, 11/20 at MCC, address provided on calendar, volunteers needed by 5pm Abbess expresses “This will be a dirty meeting” Multiple members express strain.

~Working on their novice project. Got Tap VA, materials ordered, need time with Sunny and Tina for getting the bags together. Nighthawks secured $600, there’s cold weather gear and other needs to go along with them for distribution, wants some done by TDOR. Mentions getting RRoO and NVC out to members.

Mistress of Novices (Vice President):

Membership Updates:

New membership closed, no reporting there Suggests after new board is voted in in January 2026, expresses that many of us are going through a lot, that we at least revisit possibility of opening elevation if any members are eligible, reopening membership possibly.

The majority of us are novices, a few postulants, encourages postulants to keep up with attendance and eligibility requirements would be helpful.

All in general, we’re all allowed a break, never any pressure however ritual habitual manifestations, rule of two, going out in threes… of course first priority is taking care of yourself.

January is typically our pause month, maybe wait until February that’s ok too.

We haven’t kept up with our assigned readings. Would like to have that start up in Singing Lessons, and going over things.

MoN intends to finish it before December, needs to get singing lessons on the schedule, virtual allowed.

No new additions or subtractions for membership.

~Abbess adds they haven’t gotten the books out due to life strains and conflicts, and promises to be on it in a few weeks.

~MoN reminds us we have individual lives, give grace to ourselves and others. “We’ll get there. But it’s gonna take time. We’re not machines, we’re humans.” Concludes report.

Master of Communications (Secretary):**

Started screen recording for minutes notes Previous Meeting Minutes Minutes approved, motioned by Malarkey, seconded by Abbess no abstentions no nays

Motion passes

Nothing additional to report; recognizes many members are dealing with heavy burdens, seconds what Sister Sacral says about grace, expresses gratitude, light and love, find strength in how we show love to others, everyone in the house is loving and loved. Believes we have the foundations for a very loving enterprise with our current membership.

Abbess tells cheesy enterprise joke well timed.

Manifestations/Events in Past Month (Limit to 3 minutes per event):

LIMIT TO 3 MINUTES PER EVENT, REPORT GIVEN BY POINT NUN ONLY Insert Report here

  • Manifestation Attendance:  No Manifestations for October 2025 for this meeting reported

Master of Coins (Treasurer):

Financial report posted, prior to last week and two donations settled after that, one was 1090 food drive

Bethany Luna Mx Monster Competition, donated $125 of proceeds

~MoN Mad Maxie supplied all funds for the event out of pocket, the money for the contestants and they paid all of the judges, Sacral’s fee donated to SCS for role as judge

~Master of Coins Those two donations will be listed in next GM’s report More than enough money to get us name tags, to complete uniforms Looking at full colored name badges, magnetic back very strong. 9.99 a piece, 12 members = 119.88 with shipping and tax More logo details, 7.99 a piece, suggests getting 7 of those 180 that should be enough to get everyone supplied. ~Abbess asks if the motion is raised? ~Treasurer says not yet, Sacral has hand raised ~MoN just wanted hand to be up for discussion ~Treasurer moves to allocation $180 ~MoN make suggestion: if we could get badges with just the board positions, so they can be passed as board members change, with logo. Also get one with Bubby Faygla on it, she has many name tags from other houses with nicknames, and after meeting at BSS, it would be a nice connection to have. We can always revisit, but emphasis on board member tags. ~Discussion on size between MoN and MoC ~Traci asks the purpose for name tags of board members ~MoN expresses it’s common practice in local area for other organizations, just an idea, not and necessity ~Abbess suggests something that sits with the name tag or dangly bit, so not getting a whole name tag, something that could be changed out, MoN concurs ~Traci suggest it fits the community today but will it work for SCS for the future ~Abbess motions to approve Treasurer’s Report, MoN seconds

No nays no abstentions

Motion passed

~Nora suggests using pin backs magnets get lost easy, suggests putting titles on tags to make things easier ~Sister Mori (James) might be easier if we use stickers we put on the badge, echoing what Mommy Nora suggested ~Abbess requests this get tabled for old business ~Secretary suggests online vote for tabled business ~Treasurer suggests we approve expense for tags, since cost will be about the same Current costs with just the basic 200 for flexibility

~Abbess amends the motion to approve $200 for name tags, Father Malarkey seconds

No nays no abstentions

Motion passed

~Sister Spikes reminds TDOR is Thursday, suggests meeting before then, do it on the same day ~Abbess discusses Cecelia being involved as it’s her project, works that Thursday ~Guard Ian suggests that during business hours might impose on work schedules, there is further general discussion ~Abbess wants to just try and get it done in at least two weeks, will reach out to get it organized ~Jorge asks if we were able to meet the 500 quota on the potato pouches ~MoN says yes exceeding with the help of other community members and organizations ~Jorge notes additional packages were available to help, and exchanges gratitude to be able to help ~Abbess brings up action item: Nominations for Board ~Father Malarkey and Guard Ian have brief discussion and Malarkey needs a hand
