• Minimum 5 members

• We can now use the name “Seven City Sisters — Mission of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence”

• UNPC call - Need Primary and Alternate Delegate at least (let Co-Moms know who) Third Monday of Month 9 PM (EDT). Prepare monthly report (Kim Boocha to provide a template) Next Call — May 20 - 9 PM (EDT) Executive sessions - Mission delegates/guests must step out during this part of the call

• Co-Moms to nominate a mentor

• Structure

  • Already incorporated in VA and 501(c)(3), already completed bylaws
  • PNP - Workshopping — Ken/Kim would like to find time to read through it with us and talk through it. Likely rewrite some sections, add some, and improve.

• Novice Projects

  • Minimum of 6 novice projects
  • Limitation is own creativity
  • Writing P&Ps, organizing events, education, logo design, giving out flowers, items, etc
  • House must agree that it’s something that furthers our house’s goals and community
  • Ideally, it should challenge the individual and involve the house (i.e. delegating)

Guard Ian explains: Updates to membership, minimum expectations to become novice, waiting period/probationary period and expectations for promotion to Founding Member.

Updates to Clothing/Attire sections to allow group to make decisions about this while P&P is reconsidered.

SCS Invited to bless 2025 PFLAG Prom

SCS Invited to MJs for Pride Kick-off to provide blessing 6/1

Article in Out757 — Abby Southern-Kline for release in June

5/18 — Rainbow Cactus — SVAPAH Guard Ian to provide blessing and assist with setup as needed. Sister Gloria to attend. Sister Sacral will be late.

5/18 — MJs - Fire Daddy Ken IML Send Off Sister Sacral to provide blessing, Sister Tina to attend.

Planning for representation at SCS at all of the 7 pride festivals (Sister Sacral planning to attend most)

Early 2025 - HR Pride will solicit vendors for pride comes out in Early 2025 SCS is welcomed to buy a booth and/or volunteer.

Open Discussion:

Anam — Rainbow Cactus having issues with Toast (point-of-sale) system - malfunctioning and charging people $107 authorization. Management is aware and working with Toast for resolution. Suggest patrons to bring cash or use a credit card (not debit) until resolved.

Pup Raiz Her (Anam) — adding to Google Workspace and slack

Father NFG brought up communication regarding Pup Night on 5/18. She felt as though she was being thrown under the bus and that the group wasn’t committed to support SVAPAH. Group provided reassurance that we want to help SVAPAH. Guard Ian to do blessing for next week’s event. Sister Gloria to attend. Sister Sacral to attend after giving blessing at MJs for Fire Daddy Ken for IML send-off.

Action Items
