Abbess (President):
Books are on the way, has final draft of coronet that they intend to pass on to sister nora, and working with nora’s ideas for other options, work in progress.
Non-Violent com is at the life center this meeting
Wants to read a few chapters a month, and will go over them at each meeting, as it was requested of us.
P&ps we need to set a date to get everyone on board with new draft, bring everything to the table and get it done, final push towards elevations. Really needs to be completed.
Update on novice project: wants more bags completed, lifestyle center has passed all the completed bags (6), thinking perhaps a family style dinner to work on p&ps/bags, will put dates out in slack for all of the above.
Wants to start having celebrations, the world is hard. Brings up good news to celebrate, Sister Mary’s domestic success, getting a crib, the move has been a lot for them and their partner.
Sister sacral brings up they will be traveling to puerto rico in may, and is informing us, and is overjoyed that it’s finally happening, felt powerful emotions, feels premotional, will visit late gpa.
Cersei took the e6 exam, feeling good about it, wants to be ranking up and a bigger check, looking around June or July.
Cersei’s porn stache is commended.
Cecelia going to Richmond, job opportunity, should be a pay bump, could make supervisor in Chesapeake as well. Abbess is being considered for a supervisor role at the Newport news office, would be a large pay bump as well, good news.

Mistress of Novices (Vice President):
MoN- Singing lessons will have a little fun powerpoint, working on that, so it’s not just them talking but promises no death by powerpoint. Is recruiting help. Using pictures so it doesn’t seem so dry.

Skating rink, Hilton Pride had a fund raiser at a skating rink, MoN really enjoyed it, Malarkey had laughs. This would be an absolutely fun thing to enjoy with each other as a House.
Good times, organizers were ecstatic to see the house there, they will be sending info about having us at Hilton Pride this year, possibly in a parade or a tent or just showing up (via email). Malarkey says it’s a real positive time, lots of fun, great for hard times. MoN said a presence on the penn would be great. Lots of requests for that.
Novice Projects: Abbess updated in report
Membership Updates: The past couple days Sister Mary has discussed elevation and membership. Went over attendance and manifestations.
Went over the updated drafts to stay in compliance, after all details were combed through, MoN feels very comfortable presenting Sister Mary up for Novice, as she’s met all the requirements as they are written, and through difficult times still gives that confidence.
Very excited for all that.

Euthenasia, MoN thinks they’d be great for SPI, mentions they are moving to other cities in five months. Invited to meetings. Came from 757 if you hear her name, fingers crossed she joins one of the two houses. Chicago and Vegas has sites, Nora suggests to provide that contact when you find yourself in these scenarios. MoN would like her to be in contact ahead of time.

We’re doing fine (Nora) anxious to see what bylaws and P&Ps are gonna look like, would like to see new people: advice DON’T CHASE, good candidates will chase you.

Traci recommends to avoid any form of conflict of interest, MoN might want to sit it out as a paid member. Ian mentions the extra equipment with pups. Abbess suggests we share, Tina too. Malarkey suggests the need for organization, pulling shifts, the heat is a bitch.
Mary suggests we can do like we did last year, suggesting a schedule.
Malarkey reminds the rule of two for the event, suggests a committee.
John from MJs usually donates his tent says (TIna) and we used to split it with the nighthawks,
