Cleric Ace was unsure about being in face but still lead as part of the sisters for the fundraiser Mish face, Guard Ian was at Rainbow Cactus Ace at MJs, Spikes wasn’t able to attend at 37th

Requested to come off sabbatical, notification no need for a vote

MoN wants to talk about elevation for Cleric as they believe all criteria is met

Master of Coins (Treasurer):

We have a very successful fundraiser for sunny, goal was 10k 6509 raised, wrote the check and passed to Abbess, need a vote and a signature from them

500 from sva pah at rainbow cactus

692 in cash from mjs and zen

300 ish card sales from mjs

Rest was online support, lots of love for “Momma Bear”

6509 dollars to be allocated to Sunny for funeral costs

On third page there is a -196 dollar expense is SVA Pah represents the refund for overpayment mentioned in last minute

Tina expresses gratitude, all the help, nobody prepares for something like this. Has been out of work, will be returning soon, but this is one less concern. Can’t say enough. 

Remarks how the community comes together, but feels folks overlook him when it comes to how he’s holding together. It’s not easy to lose any kid, remarks on how hard it is for Cota’s father.

They went out saturday night but it was overwhelming, it’s hard to keep it together. Tina’s been in his life since he was 12. Has spent time in the woods, with RC cars, trying to take care of himself. Malarkey encourages self care, and recognizes that step parents are parents.

Guard Ian mentions the check is impending, should be given to them by tomorrow, offers that Tina reach out as he and sunny have travel at the end of the week.

MoN adds if Tina or Sunny needs anything, please reach out. Sister Gloria will be in town soon.

It’s important to focus on NVC, it’s so important that you not use accusations in your speech, some orders isolating over speech, take the knowledge to heart. Looks forward to reviewing our P&Ps

Traci wants to piggyback, says SCS has become the example as to how NVC can turn a house around. We’re setting a precedent and wants to give kudos.

Old Business

Any updates on name tags? Ian printed a few but it’ll have to wait til he’s back in town.

Chapters 3 and 4 of NVC

Malarkey asks for accountability, but very few are present.

Guard Pup Chiron is asked if they have a copy. Caught up on 3 and 4.

Likes the examples and work at the end of the chapters.

MoN likes the aspect of facts and feelings, distinguishing between the two, gives and example.

Appreciates the vocabulary, agrees that english struggles to supply the right words.

It helps to have that vocab when struggling to find the right words.

HJ- This saturday, MoN, Mary, Ivana will be manifesting!

Sr Sza Sza and Sr Glamur from San Francisco, Glamur has attended nearly all Hunky Jesus

Uncertain of when exactly leaving but Abbess will be transporting all

Already talked about Cleric in MoN, not yet nominating needs to talk to them about elevation, MoN will handle that before the next meeting.

Training dates:  9/15, 9/16 and 9/19 times will be in calendar

Cleric and MoN are both be an ambassador

MoN has been talking with Momento, they have been having difficulties with their account

Needs to check P&Ps about attendance, recalling possibly it being 30 minutes, some on the fence about attendance for this meeting but wants to not that they are trying. Guard Ian suggests we discuss that during the executive session.
