Masso Kissed James Kayla all will be eligible for elevation to postulant being present at this meeting

Errol will be up for elevation to novice

Suggestion for attire committee - based on conversations with mentors - want to make sure elevations have meaning behind them.

Postulants - gray veil underneath Novices - white veil underneath FPM - black veil underneath

Postulant, novice, and sister name tags pinned upon elevation ceremonial.

Table conversation for discussions via slack inattire

Padre: question - when are the attire meetings? Sister Sacral explained that it’s just a slack channel. No motions being made right now - just ideas for consideration.

Padre - questions about what to wear as guard/more masculine/non-sister presenting. Suggestions are welcome in theattire chat, Sister Sacral willing to take feedback directly to post into slack.

Sister April - suggestion to make a sub committee for the guard/more masc sibling look should be. SD wears caps instead of veils.

Novice Projects (Limit to 5 minutes per project)

Sister Cal - World Pride Prep Sister Pup Razor Spikes as Point for travel. Had a meeting with the DC house. Meeting 5/19 to iron out details Wednesday - Saturday, lots to do. Sunday - Brunch at Felix’s house. Anyone going needs to read guidelines from Sister Felix

	Father Malarkey - please communicate travel plans with Spikes.
	Padre will not be able to make it.

Lodging with Sister Cybil

Sister Sacral - Dildent and Book of Blessings Siren’s Hymnal - complete - uploaded in Google Drive Has all the parts of the Dildent. Sister Spikes provided the epoxy. Just need to assemble it.

Padre Hellhound - Advertising Materials Postponing project until after pride. Sister Sacral and Sister Spikes are speaking about flyers and brochures for the booth.

Father Malarkey Calendar is done - but let them know if you don’t have access. Hit up Malarkey with information about upcoming events.

Open Discussion: (Limit to 15 minutes)

Granby Theatre 10 hours rental - $5,000rental,$4,000 for PFLAG They do all of the setup and all of the teardown Themed events - they have supplies, drinks, bartenders. PLFAG only had to provide the DJ. Greg, the Owner, he said he can’t donate the space. Auction, he would consider buying an item for that value. Riverview Theatre (under rennovation) is another alternative. Greg has requested pictures if we go with that option. Mermaid tank there?

Spikes - wants to change their name in slack/Google workspace to Sister Spikes

Executive Session: (Limit to 10 minutes)

We lost quorum at this point in the meeting, so no voting was done.

• Board Member (At-Large) Nominations Sister Spikes rejects nominations for board member at large in favor of allowing Padre Hellhound to transition to that role.

We will be opening nominations for Secretary/MoCom

• Safety in Manifestations/Events Tabled for June meeting

• Mistress/Master of Revelations?

  • Mistress of Revelations - if someone wants to participate in an event, to help with it, or just to attend “raise joy level”/ministry of presence

    • Can fill out a form on website

  • She makes sure we have all the information - then contacts them to let them know the house will be in touch. Adds it to the calendar.

  • From then on out, the Point Sibling is in charge of all communications and reporting, handling the money, etc.

    • Indulgences all with this email address. We desire to create a similar position, but need to discuss when we have quorum. Tabled for later meeting when we have quorum.

Next meeting date. Discussed whether or not we wanted to reschedule due to the fact that several members will be traveling for world pride, and Guard Ian will be out of town. We decided to keep it as scheduled, but make it a virtual only meeting and very brief. Discussing only critical items. Need to stick to the regular schedule.
